Orders and Shipping
Orders usually take 1-2 working days to get ready. The delivery lead time will depend on your location but usually 1-3 working days. Once the order is complete and packed, you will be notified of the status, (ready for collection, shipped, etc)
Your account will be automatically created once you place your order.

No, We do not keep your credit card details on file. All our online payments are handled by secure 3rd party payment systems. They utilize SSL/TLS encryption and PCI DSS compliance to ensure secure online transactions. They use Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption, the highest level available. They also adhere to industry standards and PCI DSS requirements to protect user data and financial transactions.
All the prices you see on our online store are inclusive of VAT.
We currently only service South Africa, if you are in a neighbouring country, we will be happy to assist with your order but you will need to arrange for a courier to collect from our offices.
Depending on the order, sometimes on bigger orders we will need to split the order into 2 or more packages.

Please get in contact with us, we will gladly assist you in rectifying the error. please email the order number and a photo of the incorrect item to online@trophyguy.co.za
While we take care to pack the order as well as possible, Sometimes couriers handle the packages rough which may result in damages. please send us an email with your order number and the damages to online@trophyguy.co.za so we can replace the item for you as soon as possible.

PLease get in touch with us ASAP so we can rectify the shipping address on our end, so you can receive your package without delay.
If the products have not yet been branded / artwork approved we will be happy to assist you in changing or canceling the order. Please note, if the artwork has been approved and the product has been branded we will not be able to change or cancel the order.
Unfortunatly the products all get imported once a year, we will not be able to assist in pre-ordering as the lead times will be too long.
